Maintenance Worker

The Hills Youth & Family Services seeks a maintenance worker to join our facilities team. Successful candidates will possess a great attitude, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently within a team setting, and commitment to excellence.  Responsibilities include a variety of basic maintenance work including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, Life safety inspection, light vehicle maintenance, and general building maintenance. Willing to train!


  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess a basic working knowledge of the following trades: housekeeping, carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, light vehicle maintenance, painting, grounds keeping, appliance repair, electrical maintenance of hand tools and gas powered equipment

Full-time, Monday – Friday.  Wage starting at $14/hour – $16/hour dependent on experience. The Hills Youth and Family Services offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plan (including up to 7.5% employer contribution), free life insurance, 13 days paid vacation, 7 holidays, and 6 days paid sick time.
