Unit Manager – Juvenile Justice
The Hills Youth & Family Services seeks a full-time Unit Manager to provide case management and treatment planning of Woodland Hills’ male residential juvenile justice youth. Also responsible to provide leadership, training, and treatment direction to the treatment team in conjunction with the supervisor.
The Hills Youth and Family Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing unwavering hope and opportunity for at-risk youth and their families by providing unparalleled residential, day treatment and community therapeutic services.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, education or related field and;
- Two years’ experience working with at-risk youth, or;
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Desired Additional Qualifications
Possess a working knowledge of trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based intervention techniques, the ability to work within a team setting, and have experience with group facilitation.
Starting salary at up to $53,300 dependent on experience. The Hills also offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plan (including company match), free life insurance, paid vacation, holiday, and sick leave, etc.
