The Hills Youth and Family Services seeks youth care counselors to work with male and female youth in late childhood through early adolescence in our mental health program. Our youth care counselors work directly with these youth providing behavior management, accountability, teaching problem solving skills and acting as a mentor. Youth care counselors also guide youth in their interactions, utilizing principles of youth empowerment and strength based intervention. This is a great opportunity to jump start your career!

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or actively, continuously pursuing your degree
- Experience working with youth in late childhood through early adolescence preferred
- Mental Health Practitioner preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Varying shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., some weekends and holidays. Wage starting at $14.60 – $16.00/hour DOE.
