The Hills Youth and Family Services seeks youth care counselors to work with the adolescents in our corrections and mental health programs. Our youth care counselors work directly with these youth providing supervision, applying de-escalation skills effectively, managing behaviors, and handling crisis interventions. Youth care counselors also teach problem solving skills and act as a mentor guiding youth in their interactions, utilizing principles of youth empowerment and strength based intervention. Education and Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

The Hills Youth and Family Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing unwavering hope and opportunity for at-risk youth and their families by providing unparalleled residential, day treatment and community therapeutic services.

Varying shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., some weekends and holidays. Wage starting at $15.75 – $17.50/hour DOE. The Hills offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plan (including company match), paid vacation, holiday, and sick leave, etc.
