The Hills Youth & Family Services seeks a full-time unit manager to provide case management and treatment planning for Cambia Hills’ residential mental health youth, specifically girls in late childhood through early adolescence. Also responsible to provide leadership, training, and treatment direction to the treatment team, in conjunction with the supervisor.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a social or human service field and two years of experience working with youth or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- Experience working with youth in late childhood through early adolescence.
- Qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner.
Desired Additional Qualifications
Possess a working knowledge of trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based intervention techniques, the ability to work within a team setting, and have experience with group facilitation.
Starting salary at up to $51,000 dependent on experience. The Hills also offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, free life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, paid sick time.
